【新酒ができました】ブラッドオレンジ・ポンカン

[New sake has arrived] Blood Orange & Ponkan

by HARAYURIKO on Feb 16, 2026

Our February citrus preparations are blood oranges and ponkan.

We processed fresh citrus fruits received from Nino Farm in Ehime Prefecture.

This year, too, the aroma is excellent, the taste is excellent, and the quality is excellent.

The aroma, sweet-sour-bitter taste, and smoothness of each citrus fruit are so wonderful that

I can't help but ponder not only the farmers and nature, but even the origins of the earth.

For me, liqueur is a way of adding alcohol to preserve the deliciousness of fruit.

If you line up preserved foods, pickles use salt, jam uses sugar, and liqueur uses alcohol.

Among these, chilled liqueur is able to retain the freshness of the fruit as it is.

We store it chilled or frozen to maintain its freshness, and ship it via cool delivery once an order is placed.

Fruit you can drink anytime...That's the appeal of chilled liqueur.
