Greetings

We craft our liqueurs daily in our small distillery, hoping to bring you the joy of discovering wonderful new liqueurs.

While the definition of "liqueur" varies by country,
in Japan, if an alcoholic beverage contains 2% or more sugar,
it can be called a liqueur.

Sweetening whisky makes it a whisky liqueur.
Sweetening gin makes it a gin liqueur.
Sweetening wine (using less than 10% total alcohol content)
makes it a wine liqueur.
Liqueurs are a type of alcoholic beverage that allows for secondary creation with alcohol.

Furthermore, we can combine any bounty of the earth with alcohol,
from fresh fruits to aged tea leaves.

Liqueurs are not only capable of encompassing all alcoholic beverages,
but also all food ingredients,
making them full of unknown possibilities.

Please try the liqueurs from our specialist liqueur distillery.
